Welcome to the Metropolitan Academy of Dance

Professional Instruction in a Nurturing Environment

The faculty of Metropolitan Academy of Dance feels that one of the most important aspects of dance training is providing dancers with a sense of well-being and self-confidence. It gives a person a feeling of accomplishment and an improved self-image. Dance training not only improves coordination and physical strength, it strengthens discipline which will in turn carry over to all areas of a person's life. All teachers in our school are highly trained professionals with extensive teaching experience. We offer a full range of classes for students of all ages and levels, from preschool through professional.

"We've been taking classes and doing camps here for the past two years, and I am so highly impressed with their professionalism and genuine love for their dancers. The teachers and staff are phenomenal, and their class sizes are small. I grew up dancing and was in pursuit of a studio that takes dance seriously while still keeping it fun. We've found our forever dance home."
